Returns & Cancellation Policy

Change of Mind

Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind.

We strongly advise customers to thoroughly research their selected product before purchasing — including checking specifications such as size, colour, material, compatibility, and fitment for their intended application.

 

Incorrect Item Ordered

If an incorrect item is ordered by the buyer:

  • All return freight costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • The item must be returned in the original condition as shipped.

  • Refunds will be issued based on the condition of the returned goods.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to cover admin, processing, and handling costs.

  • This return policy applies only to brand new stock.

 


 

Factory Seconds & Ex-Display Items

 

Factory seconds and ex-display items are sold “as is.”

  • The item description will outline any known imperfections or damage.

  • Images provided are for reference only and may not capture every flaw.

  • We aim to give accurate and detailed information to assist your purchase.

  • No returns or refunds are accepted on factory seconds once dispatched.

 


 

Discontinued (Brand New) Items


If you receive a discontinued or run-out brand new item that is damaged in transit:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include clear photos of the damage and the packaging.

  • If available, we will offer a replacement. If not, a refund will be provided in accordance with our standard refund policy.

  • No claims will be accepted after 7 days of receiving a damaged or incorrect item.

 


 

Order Cancellations

 

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched, as the items are already with the delivery carrier.

 


 

Restocking Fee

 

A 20% restocking fee applies to any approved returns on brand new stock to cover administrative and handling costs.

 


 

GREENS Tapware – Clearance Stock

 

All sales of Greens brand products are final as they are clearance items.

 

  • No returns or cancellations will be accepted once the order has been dispatched.

  • In the rare case of a manufacturer’s defect, we will coordinate with Greens Tapware to arrange a replacement — subject to stock availability.
