Where do you ship from?

All of our stock are shipped from various locations in Melbourne, Victoria, as all of the brands we sell are based here.

What is a Factory Seconds item?

Factory Seconds are products which are not resell-able as brand new due to minor imperfections, damages, cosmetic blemishes, marks, scratches, dents and may even be open box returns.

What is a Discontinued/Run-Out/Clearance Item?

Discontinued/Run-Out/Clearance items are brand new items which are end of life, have been discontinued or now are obsolete.

What brands do you deal with?

We deal specifically with Franke, KWC, Falmec, Duravit, Phoenix and Greens.

Does all your items have warranty?

Yes, all our items come with warranty, please check item description for the warranty period.

Ex-Display:

Comes with 12 months manufacturer’s warranty.

Items which were in retailer showrooms as show pieces and not installed/plumbed but may have minor damages such as marks and scratches.

Factory Seconds:

Comes with 12 months manufacturer’s warranty.

Due to the nature of Factory Seconds items which already have some damage or defect, the warranty only covers parts/ main item other than the damage/defect the item already has e.g Taps, Sinks, Accessories, Appliances etc also does not cover onsite service technician/ labour.

Discontinued/Run-Out/Clearance/Brand New:

Comes with full manufacturer’s warranty.

Check item description for warranty period/ terms. Read through warranty specifications on manufacturers website for full warranty details.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Master Card, Debit Card & Afterpay.

Payments via credit/debit and Afterpay may take up to 3 business days to clear, after which your order will be dispatched out from our warehouse.

Franke/Falmec/KWC/Duravit Australia Bonus Offers/Redemptions:

The Online Clearance does not participate in any form of Bonus Offers/Redemptions from any of the brands above and purchases from our website doesn't qualify for Franke/Falmec/KWC/Duravit bonus offers.
