Returns & Refunds

Please be advised we do not accept returns based on a change of mind.
Its advisable for the buyer to do their research on the item/product they are interested in, in-terms of size, colour, material, fitment and compatibility with their application before making a purchase.
In the event of a wrong item/product ordered by the buyer, the cost of the return/ freight will fall upon them and they will be solely responsible for the return of the goods in the condition it was shipped out and the refund will be based on the condition the item is returned in.
A 20% re stocking fee applies to return orders, this is to cover admin, processing and handling fees.
This only applies to brand new stock.
Factory Seconds & Ex-Display:
These are sold on “as is” basis and the condition of the item will be noted in the item description, images provided are only to show the overall condition of the item and may not capture each and every imperfection or damage.
We try to do our best to provide you with as much images and information on the item to the best of our ability.
All factory seconds orders are final once dispatched and no returns will be accepted.
Discontinued Items (Brand New):
If you have purchased a brand new/discontinued/run-out stock and it has arrived damaged or has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately within 48 hours, also providing images of the damage to the item and its packaging. We will try to resolve the issue swiftly as possible by either providing a replacement (if we have stock) or a refund (normal refund policy applies).
No returns will be accepted after seven days of receiving any damaged goods or wrong orders.
Cancellation:
Orders cant be cancelled once it has been dispatched as the stock is with the delivery company at this point.
Re-Stocking Fee:
A 20% re stocking fee applies for return orders, this is to cover admin, processing and handling fees.
GREENS TAPWARE
All sales of Greens brand products are final as these are clearance stock and no returns/cancellation will be accepted once the order has been dispatched.
In the event of an item having a manufacturers defect, we will organise a replacement via Greens Tapware to provide a replacement, this is also dependent on stock level.
