NSW: 3-4 working days

All deliveries are handled by trusted freight partners, and tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.

For bulky or palletised items, the courier will contact you to arrange delivery.

Please note, drivers do not bring items inside the home. Delivery to construction sites requires accessible premises and someone present to receive the goods.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to track and coordinate delivery with the courier. Undelivered orders may incur a redelivery fee.

We do not accept returns based on change of mind, especially for factory seconds, ex-display items, and clearance stock. Buyers are responsible for choosing carefully, including checking size, fitment, and compatibility before purchase.

Brand-new items may be returned at the buyer’s expense and must arrive in original condition, with a 20% restocking fee applied. Factory seconds and
ex-display items are sold as is and are not eligible for return. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Greens Tapware sales are final. In the case of a manufacturing fault, a replacement may be arranged through Greens, subject to stock availability.
