Please be advised we do not accept returns based on a change of mind.

Its advisable for the buyer to do their research on the item/product they are interested in, in-terms of size, colour, material, fitment and compatibility with their application before making a purchase.

In the event of a wrong item/product ordered by the buyer, the cost of the return/ freight will fall upon them and they will be solely responsible for the return of the goods in the condition it was shipped out and the refund will be based on the condition the item is returned in.

A 20% re stocking fee applies to return orders, this is to cover admin, processing and handling fees.

This only applies to brand new stock.

Factory Seconds & Ex-Display:

These are sold on “as is” basis and the condition of the item will be noted in the item description, images provided are only to show the overall condition of the item and may not capture each and every imperfection or damage.

We try to do our best to provide you with as much images and information on the item to the best of our ability.

All factory seconds orders are final once dispatched and no returns will be accepted.

Discontinued Items (Brand New): 

If you have purchased a brand new/discontinued/run-out stock and it has arrived damaged or has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately within 48 hours, also providing images of the damage to the item and its packaging. We will try to resolve the issue swiftly as possible by either providing a replacement (if we have stock) or a refund (normal refund policy applies).

No returns will be accepted after seven days of receiving any damaged goods or wrong orders.

Cancellation:

Orders cant be cancelled once it has been dispatched as the stock is with the delivery company at this point.

Re-Stocking Fee:

A 20% re stocking fee applies for return orders, this is to cover admin, processing and handling fees.

GREENS TAPWARE

All sales of Greens brand products are final as these are clearance stock and no returns/cancellation will be accepted once the order has been dispatched.

In the event of an item having a manufacturers defect, we will organise a replacement via Greens Tapware to provide a replacement, this is also dependent on stock level.

There is a standard handling and processing time of 2 business days, delivery times varies depending on the state you're in, below is a rough estimate of expected delivery times.

VIC: 2-3 working days

NSW: 3-4 working days

SA: 3-4 working days

QLD: 5-6 working days

WA/NT: 7-10 working days

NOTE: The above delivery times are based on a normal working week and does not include public holidays, also based on Metropolitan area's.

Some freight companies we use are Border Express, Cope, Direct Freight Express, GBI Logistics, Startrack and VicTas Freight Express.

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation along with tracking details.

For big bulky and heavy items which are shipped out on skids/pallets, the delivery company normally will contact the customer to organise a day for delivery.

At no time will delivery drivers take your order into your house, normally all orders are left at your front door or a safe place.

If it's a building/construction site, please be advised courier companies will only deliver the order if they have access into the premises, if they don't have access, they will not deliver, also someone has to be there to receive the order.

It is the buyers responsibility to track, follow up and liaise with the freight company in regards to the delivery of their order.

Orders will be returned back to our warehouse if deliveries are unsuccessful by the courier company for which they would have made a few attempts and a re-delivery fee will be charged to the customer to deliver their order again.

All of our stock are shipped from various locations in Melbourne, Victoria, as all of the brands we sell are based here.

What is a Factory Seconds item?

Factory Seconds are products which are not resell-able as brand new due to minor imperfections, damages, cosmetic blemishes, marks, scratches, dents and may even be open box returns.

What is a Discontinued/Run-Out/Clearance Item?

Discontinued/Run-Out/Clearance items are brand new items which are end of life, have been discontinued or now are obsolete.

We deal specifically with Franke, KWC, Falmec, Duravit, Phoenix and Greens.

Does all your items have warranty?

Yes, all our items come with warranty, please check item description for the warranty period.

Ex-Display:

Comes with 12 months manufacturer’s warranty.

Items which were in retailer showrooms as show pieces and not installed/plumbed but may have minor damages such as marks and scratches.

Factory Seconds:

Comes with 12 months manufacturer’s warranty.

Due to the nature of Factory Seconds items which already have some damage or defect, the warranty only covers parts/ main item other than the damage/defect the item already has e.g Taps, Sinks, Accessories, Appliances etc also does not cover onsite service technician/ labour.

Discontinued/Run-Out/Clearance/Brand New:

Comes with full manufacturer’s warranty.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Master Card, Debit Card & Afterpay.

Payments via credit/debit and Afterpay may take up to 3 business days to clear, after which your order will be dispatched out from our warehouse.

Franke/Falmec/KWC/Duravit Australia Bonus Offers/Redemptions:

The Online Clearance does not participate in any form of Bonus Offers/Redemptions from any of the brands above and purchases from our website doesn't qualify for Franke/Falmec/KWC/Duravit bonus offers.
